We use Sever Essentials 2012 Dashboard to backup our client computers. They are set for full backups and I have double checked that the users folder is selected. However, when I try to restore a document from a user's folder, I get the following error:"The restore process did not succeed. Cannot locate the volume. The restore files or folders wizard cannot locate the volume you selected. Please try again." Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
