Multiple groups in Group management?

I have some computers where folder redirection is desired and others where it is not. 

I assume folder redirection results in no files stored on the client system and the ability for the user to have a roaming profile but am not sure, nor is that vital.

Can WSE2012 implement multiple groups?  If so is that the best way to handle my requirements?
