"Internet Connection Not Availible" Access Anywhere setup?

I've got Windows 2012 R2 Standard. I've installed Server Essentials successfully.

I have setup DNS with external forwarders (both my ISP and Google DNS servers added as forwarders)

The Nic is set with the server itself as the Primary DNS, and Google DNS as secondary.

From IE, I can access the internet fine from the server.

The server is on a flat subnet, directly connected to the internet router.

My router has UPnP setup and working.  However I have since also setup full port forwarding for the following ports to the server (80, 25, 443, 987, 1723, 3389).   I have tested all these port and they are working fine from an external connection.  I can happily RDP to the server, bring up the IIS site in http and https etc, all fine.

However every time I run the "Access Anywhere" Wizard it always reports that the internet connection is unavailable?
