Starting points for troubleshooting media streaming.

I've installed WSE 2012, and setup the typical media folders and enabled streaming. Originally I even had issues with DLNA scenarios, but seem to have those resolved. Pics work fine. Audio and video (wma/wmv) fail. It is failing for the WebUI and for the win8/winphone8 apps.  Here is the situation at the moment:

Where should I look to start troubleshooting? I've restarted the services as well as the server. I've disabled the firewall entirely. As the issue happens with the WebUI within my network, I'm assuming it has nothing to do with my router (though may be multiple issues). I've tried from multiple browsers/locations and from different PCs/tables (for the modern apps). Thanks for any pointers.
