Hello,
I have replaced my home server from Windows 2008 R2 64bit to a Windows 2012 Essentials.
Everything works fine except for the torrent .
When I start the torrent software and thoughts down , I get good speed but then when I shall share with me so I get max 100kb / s
I sit on a 100/100 FIBER and when I had windows 2008 R2 so I had easy 4- 5MB / s out .
Torrent software says that I am not contactable and I have search the problem on both the serious and the less serious side , but will unfortunately not a solution .
So right now I sit on a lot of game patches and is willing to share with me but it would not move. Previously , it was no problem as I said but on windows 2012 E so bothered it ..
The server is directly connected to the network and a router that lies between .
I've tried with and without firewall .
I have set the firewall to accept the software so that it will have full access in the firewall.
I've tried to use me out port forwarding on the firewall on ports 1111,1112,23001,49021,55555 (port 55555 I used in 2008an and there was never any problems )
Of course it is a legal Windows 2012 Essentials used . likewise was Windows 2008 R2 license this .
