Error Server Backup Full 2155348326

I just set up my server a few weeks ago.  I set up my server backup and it has been going fine.

However, my backup drive is now full and the backups now error out.  Is this normal?  On WHS 2011, older backups would be deleted and new backups would replace them.

Is there anyway to automate this process so WSE 2012 deletes the older backups so there's room for the new ones?
