Server backup warning: F:\System Volume Information\SRM\quota.md error [0x80070020]

I have configured a Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 Domain Controller to self backup its local drives. The backup ends without errors, but in the essentials panel the backup state is "Incomplete" and the following warning is produced during every backup:

Cannot backup F:\System Volume Information\SRM\quota.md, Error [0x80070020] The process can not access the file because it is used by another process.

The directories to backup are the ones shown in the picture (the server language is es-ES):

As you can see, there are a few directories under F: excluded from backup.

This is what I've tried so far:

- Excluding F:\System Volume Information from backup: It results in backup failing with the following error: Error removing [F:\System Volume Information\SRM\] while destination VHD was removed. Error [0x80070020]The process can not access the file because it is used by another process.

- Uninstalling WSUS role as suggestedin the only thread related to this issue I've found in Microsoft forums.

- Reinstalling WSUS

I need some help here because I'm totally lost and I fail to understand why the backup fails. It is very important that the server backup ends without any error, so any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
