wat is the benefit to use hyper-V in the version essentials 2012 r2?

but now my question is what is exactly the best benefits to use HYper-V in windows Essentials 2012 r2 because I see :

 Essentials only supports 2 Active sessions,regardsless of how many RDS CALs you own.

ot it has not too much benefits in this version of Essentials!
