So last week the server installed a bunch of updates overnight. We immediately saw a problem with a network application we use and its SQL database not being accessible to any clients but resolved this easily enough by re-adding the firewall rules on the server.
Yesterday though I got notifed that our remotewebaccess clients couldn't login. The dashboard is running really slowly from launch and in launching the wizard and attempting to repair the remotewebaccess, it results in the wizard and dashboard closing at the veryifying stage. The Essentials Management Service refuses to start, generating a 7034 terminated unexpectedly error on starting and there are no users or devices in the dashboard.
I'm imagining all of these issues are linked but don't have the first idea of how to troubleshoot them effectively. Can say though that all was working well before the update installation last week.
