Client stays logged on to server....

Hi,

 I have 5 Clients set up with Server 2012 Essentials ( no domain ). All the clients are logged off the server after they themselves log off their desktops. Witch I understand is normal. I have one client that remains logged in regardless, even after a restart of the desktop computer. That being said I would very much like to have the other clients do the same. I understand this is not the best practice, but it is a small closed office environment and would make things so much easier for the users.
