what am I missing here? on the router I have assigned static IP for the win2012 server and the rest of the wkst connect to the router via dhcp. now the wksts can not see the server but can see the rest of the network. I can ping the servers IP address but can not ping the server host name. I put the dns addresses of the server on the wksts but still the wksts can see the server.
