I recently setup Access Anywhere on my newly deployed Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials. I'd love to be able to tell my client about the LaunchPad function, but the buttons don't go to the proper URL.
If I click Remote Web Access, for instance, it launches a web browser pointed at https://myserver.com rather than https://remote.myserver.com.
How can I change this behavior?
Edit: Access Anywhere configuration says, "Your server can be accessed remotely at myserver.com." So AA is not aware of the right URL. Perhaps this is why LaunchPad has the wrong URL? Of the three options presented, "Import a new trusted SSL
certificate," "Use another domain name or domain service provider," and "Release the current domain name from this server, the first wouldn't work as my SSL is for remote.myserver.com. The other two...?
Cheers,
