Hello,
I have an issue I have not seen before. At a client location, a flash video posted to their own website (which is hosted offsite) does not play on any computer in the office. At my office, I can view the video, so I know it is not an issue with the website itself.
I have taken a laptop from my office to the client site. I can view the video when in my office on the laptop, but when I get to the client site, the video does not play. This rules out browser settings. Also, I have other clients with Essentials 2012, and the video will not play on their networks either. This seems to be something in the settings of Essentials that will not allow the video to play.
All the computers are Windows 7, SP1 computers with IE 11. The server is Windows Server Essentials 2012. I am very much at a loss as to what to check. I have looked through the Default Domain Policy GPO, under Computer Configuration>Policies>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Internet Explorer, and all the settings are set to Not Configured. Is there something under here I need to enable? Any assistance is appreciated.
The website in question is http://www.gailwilley.com and the video is on that main page.
Thank you for your assistance in advance.
