Windows Server 2012 R2 Client Backup - Restore without a client computer

A restore of a client backup can be made to a new /repaired client by the dashboard on the client computer after it have joined the domain.

Is it possible to view or restore single files from the server or from another client?

E.g. Computer 1 crashes. Restore files to Computer 2 from server.

This applies to Windows Server 2012 Essentials and the Windows Server 2012 R2 with esentials role.
