Can only partially assess the health of this computer

I get the following error in the Dashboard:

Can only partially assess the health of this computer. The failing components are: Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml Microsoft OnlineBackup\Definition.xml

These alerts started as soon as I integrated the Windows Azure Backup module on the server.

The server is Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2 with Windows 7 clients.  I get this alert for all Windows 7 clients.  I have seen a post from November 2013 which says that the alert is safe to ignore, but I find it hard to believe that the fix hasn't been found yet:

Can somebody please update me on this issue?
