Phantom alert from BPA Results?

I've been receiving what appears to be a phantom or bogus alert on my 2012 R2 Essentials server.

The alert is: Warning: BPA scan results contain Warnings.

In the details tab, its says: BPA scan on 2/5/2014 2:00:19 AM found 2 warnings in your system. Open Server Manager, click the Essentials tab, and view additional details in the Best Practices Analyzer section

However, when I check the BPA results in Server Manger, the only two results showing are Information-level (compliant) results. There are no entries showing under Warnings or Errors.  (One says I'm running BPA version 1.0, and the other says I've completed 63 checks using BPA.)

It appears that these two results are triggering the server alert somehow, even though they are listed as compliant.

I've tried ignoring and deleting the alert, but it just comes back.

Any ideas why this is happening, or how I can fix it?

Thank you.
