Anywhere Access Can't Fine One Workstation

We recently installed a Windows 2012 Essentials server on a small network and activated Anywhere Access when setting up the server.  Remote access works fine, with one exception.  We are unable to connect to one of the workstations on the network.  We have no problem using Anywhere Access to connect to the server and all of the other workstations via a web browser.  In the case of one workstation, we consistently get the message:

"Remote Desktop can't find the computer "xxx."  That might mean that "xxx" does not belong to the specified network.  Verify the computer name and domain that you are trying to connect to."

This computer does show up under Devices in the Dashboard.  It also shows up in the list of computers in Active Directory Users and Computers.  Finally, the computer is monitored and backed up successfully via Essentials, just like the other workstations on the network are.

Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

John
