A client workstation on our domain is indeed configured to allow Remote Desktop Connections, is listed as a Device in the Dashboard as well as in the Active Directory. However, when attempting to connect to it remotely we get " "Remote Desktop can't find the computer "Anne-PC. This might mean that "Anne-PC" does not belong to the specified network. Verify the computer name and domain that you are trying to connect to"
There is not a problem connecting to the other 10 machines in our domain.
While working locally on the server in the Dashboard and under Devices, when attempting to initiate a Desktop Connection by right clicking on the name of the machine we get a different set of errors: "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of the these reasons 1)Remote access to the server is not enabled 2)The remote computer is turned off 3) The remote computer is not available on the network. Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled."
This client workstation is definitely turned on with full network and internet access.
Any ideas on things to double check would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much!
