The task "View the account properties" did not complete successfully on Essentials Dashboard User Accounts

When trying to view account properties for standard users I get an error saying "The task 'View the account properties" did not complete successfully". At this time the service "Windows Server Remote Web Access Administration Provider" also crashes and must be restarted manually. There are two errors that occur in the event logs which I will list below. Lastly, there were no traces of this error before this morning and I made no significant changes to the system. I'm a little stumped by this and would greatly appreciate the community's help. If you need any more info please let me know.
