File Access to clients outside our network

Hey all,

I am running 2012 Essentials and have a temporary need to let some external clients access files that are on my shares. 

In an ideal world I would love to send them a link ala Dropbox that would provide the access.  I have looked at ownCLoud etc as a way to do this but I am wondering in there is a way using Essentials own tools that would be a better way.
