This pertains to Windows Server 2012 Essentials.
We are able to log into the server via Anywhere Access and can browse and access files and folders remotely on the server. However, we are not able to remote desktop the server or any of the computers on the domain. All remote services are indeed running. When clicking "connect" next to any of the listed computers we are prompted for the credentials and upon entering them we get "Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Remote Desktop Gateway server is temporarily unavailable. Try reconnecting later or contact your network administrator for assistance".
