USB drives keep going missing and then reappearing again.

Hello, I have recently installed WSE2012R2 on a new Asus M51AC desktop that I just purchased to replace the WSE2012 install I was running on a different PC. I upgrade because I have 2 Mediasonic HF2-SU3S2 4 bay hard drive enclosures and I wanted them connected to a USB 3.0 port to get the performance that they are capable of. As soon as I connected the drives I added StableBit DrivePool to the server and while the disks where duplicating I noticed that every 15 to 20 minutes my drives would go missing and my pool duplication would start back over at the beginning. This is a serious issue and I didn't know what to do one of my disk has already gone RAW and I am worrying that with the constant disconnecting and reconnecting that something else will go wrong. I came on here to post a few nights ago and saw there was a similar post where someone else with these same drive enclosures was having the same issue in Windows 8 so I didn't bother posting a new thread and jumped on that one. In the thread they had a link to a page describing how they had fixed it so I tried to duplicate all of the steps that led to so many reported successes but didn't get anywhere. I then went onto the forum for the drive enclosures and started poking around I found a post that described software called keep alive HD the instructions from the Mediasonic forum said to configure all your drives with the disconnect issue to take a write event from the program every two minutes so I did and that didn't work then having a stroke of inspiration I thought what if I add my virtual storage disk from DrivePool and at first I thought that I had finally fixed the issue I opened my system logs this morning and noticed that the drives had not disconnected since right before I configured the pool. I had thought that I had fixed the issue but tonight it started going again. It happened 3 times in as many hours I saved the system log and had hoped to attach it to this post but I don't see any way to due so. I am hoping someone can sort this problem out.
