Client Backup Error

Hi,

I'm not sure if two Events belong together... But I'm getting Errors on one PC after reconnecting (reinstalling the connector, the Server is Windows Server 2012 Essentials with all updates applied) while doing a backup. The error message is "An error prevented Backup from creating a snapshot of the volumes on this Computer). This happens with automatic backups as well as with Manual. The client is running Windows 8.1

Any idea what I can do?
