So I've downloaded the WSE 2012 R2 Preview .iso and read the white paper, which is very vague at the moment. One of the cool new features is that there is supposed to be an option to install Windows Server with the Hyper-V role, and then install
WSE 2012 R2 as a VM all with a special wizard. Does anyone know more about that option? I didn't see that as an option when I booted off the DVD that I made from the WSE 2012 R2 Preview .iso file. It asked for the product key,
I chose "custom" install, picked my disk to install on and it just went on it's way. Copied all the files to C: and then installed Windows just like it was a regular WSE 2012 (non R2) setup. I logged in and the WSE config wizard pops
up and asks for server name, new domain, etc...and seems it would just continue and make a DC out of the box, no VM or any options like that show up in that wizard. Do we have to use a special answer file to get the VM / Hyper-V wizard option upon the
initial install?
