I'm working on roaming profiles and everything seems to work wonderfully on my 2012 server. The \\networkservre\roamingprofiles\username.V2 file is generated and populated. The profile path is set in AD and my Windows 7 machine shows the roaming profile system properties and the registry shows the correct path. My test is creating a simple shortcut in IE on the 2012 server logged in as the user. The W7 machine is not picking it up and vice versa. Now, if I log into a 2008R2 RDP desktop I pick up the roaming profile test data so things must be set correctly. Anyone have any ideas why my Windows 7 desktop won't do it?
